Return Policy: Merchandise purchased within 30 days is returnable if it is UNUSED;in the original package and in new condition, if you are dissatisfied with any product you purchase through this site or your shipment is damaged or if the product is damaged and you would like to return it, you can 1) equal exchange or 2) refund less 15% restocking fee. In any of the two choices, shipping will not be reimbursed or refunded

Please contact us at 1800 509-4146 to receive a return authorization (RA) number. This RA number is mandatory and should be clearly marked on the package. Shipping charges are not refundable

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued within 15(fifteen) days after the product has been received and inspected by the Quality Control Department. The refund will be done on the same credit card for 85% of the total purchase amount. 1. Repack the item(s) in its original packaging (if posssible); be sure to include the copy of your invoice, as this contains the information we will need to identify the order and issue a credit to the correct credit card. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order within Three(03) business days from the day of purchase at no charge.
